	All deliveries are subject to a flat rate £4 postage & packing charge. Parcel Force is usual delivery service used & items are correctly insured
	All electrical items are sold as ornaments only, due to current UK legislation. However, they have been checked for electrical safety. Further they have been ran for 10 hours to check reliability. Some have been serviced / refurbished (see item description). Nonetheless they are ornaments!
	The condition guide in each item description is true & honest. The marking scheme is very strict, & a mark of 10 is absolutely perfect.If you feel your goods do not meet their descriptions, you can return them for a full refund
	In compliance with The Consumer Protection Regulations you are entitled to return goods within 7 days of receipt. Please mail me first & then return goods to idylic. Unfortunately you will be liable for postage. Monies will be refunded via original payment method, or option to exchange / credit note.
	Although yet to happen, if there is a breakage in post please keep the packaging & item as its needed for an insurance claim. The customer will not be responsible for the claim, instead having an idylic credit note
	Also please recycle the cardboard boxes your goods arrive in

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. The type of information we will collect about you includes:your name, address, & email address. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. 	Delivery
	Delivery method most used is Royal Mail Parcelforce, although best method is selected according to insurance, delicacy, security, number of items, size & weight. Outgoing packages are collected from idylic twice weekly & the delivery normally takes 3-4 working days. So, generally goods will arrive to you within 7 days approxiamtely. If something is urgent please mail before purchasing to make sure your deadline is achievable, & if any other costs are incurred sending next day delivery etc. Items are packed with extreme care to ensure no breakages. If you do receive broken goods, please keep packaging as well as goods, as they are required for insurance claims.
